Start on the left side at the center of the collar button, extending to the edge of the buttonhole slit, excluding the stitching beyond the slit.

CHEST WIDTH

LAY IT FLAT

Place the fully buttoned shirt flat on a table with the front side facing up, and arrange the arms in an upward direction.

MEASURE ACROSS

Measure from the bottommost part of the left armhole to the corresponding point on the right.

SHOULDER WIDTH

LAY IT FLAT

Position the fully buttoned shirt with its front side down on a table, and allow the arms to hang naturally in a downward direction.

MEASURE ACROSS

Measure from the junction of the left armhole seam with the shoulder seam to the corresponding point on the right side.

WAIST WIDTH

Place the fully buttoned shirt with its front side up on a table, and let the arms naturally hang downward.

MEASURE ACROSS THE LEG

Measure from the left edge of the pant leg.

ANKLE OPENING WIDTH

LAY THEM OUT

Lay the trouser hem flat on a table. Use your hands to gently extend and flatten the fabric.

MEASURE ACROSS

Measure the length across the hem.

IMPORTANT

Keep the measuring tape taut to get an accurate measurement.

CHEST WIDTH

LAY IT FLAT

Place the fully buttoned jacket flat on a table with the arms up. Smooth out any extra fabric.

MEASURE ACROSS

Start at the lowest point of the left armhole, and measure across to the same point on the right. Make sure to measure at the widest point without any slack in the tape.

WAIST WIDTH

LAY IT FLAT

Place your buttoned jacket on a table with the arms up. Smooth out the fabric.

MEASURE ACROSS

Starting from the jacket's left edge, measure across at the middle point just below the first button.

SHOULDER WIDTH

LAY IT FLAT

Lay your buttoned jacket on a table face down with the arms down. Smooth out the fabric.

MEASURE ACROSS

Starting from the left side where the armhole meets the shoulder fold, measure across to the same point on the right side.

SLEEVE LENGTH

Lay your buttoned jacket flat on a table facing up, with the collar down and arms straight. Smooth out the fabric.
