Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing and shipment and an additional 2-4 business days for delivery. International orders may take 7-15 days to arrive.
 For expedited shipping please email prior to order. 
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been processed.

Buyers will be held responsible for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country prior to ordering.
 Monzato will not be responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees under any circumstances.


Online purchases made through are valid only for exchange or store credit within 15 days from the ship date. To view if you have any online store credit, click on  Payment Methods  within your account. Your balance will appear in this section of your account.

You can return any item purchased on Monzato online store within 15 days of the delivery date. Here’s how:
 Fill out the return form. 
Make sure the merchandise you are returning is in its original condition with tags, and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return.

Use the pre-paid USPS return label included in your order and leave the package at a USPS drop- off location. We will deduct a flat return fee of USD 6.00 (plus sales tax on this fee, where applicable) from your refund.
 Due to merchandising restrictions, all returns must be shipped from the same country they were purchased from.

Once your package reaches the warehouse, please allow 3 to 7 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, your store credit will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.
